To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on personnel development at our location in Heidelberg.

What to expect:

Support in the conception and development of a companywide personnel development strategy
Design and implementation of projects in personnel development
Further development of the learning management system (SAP SuccessFactors Learning) for all users and acting as a key user
Design, implementation, and further development of suitable, needsbased personnel development measures including quality control
Further development of existing evaluation and feedback processes
Independent handling of all administrative and organizational tasks in the field of personnel development
