    Loading... 2Bridge has been engaged in the search for a direct-hire full-time Site Reliability Engineering Lead to join a seed-stage startup clientbuilding a product recommendation platform tapping a multibillion-dollar market. Join a talented team of startup veterans looking to double in size and creatively solve challenges at scale.Our client offers a comprehensive package including base, bonus, equity, full benefits, PTO, Casual and flexible work environment, etc.Responsibilities:Join as a technical team lead spending 70% of your time creating high-quality code. Spend 30% of your time coaching and mentoring team members, organizing JIRA tickets, and communicating progress & priorities across the organization. Create a culture of autonomy, accountability, diversity, creativity, mastery, and purpose.
  • Implement features in clean, efficient code - Python, JavaScript
  • Writing thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests ensuring quality and reliability
  • Design and deploy automated self-healing infrastructure using Terraform, AWS
  • Create and implement automated monitoring systems; troubleshoot & resolve outages
  • Support & administer systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
  • Work to improve team capabilities through collaboration, Mentorship, training, documentation, code reviews, pair programming, etc.
  • Lead the sprint planning process
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3-6 technical contributors
    • Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience building enterprise-scale backend systems in Python & JavaScript
  • Deeply experience with CI/CD and TDD Best Practices
  • Experience working with a range of cloud services – AWS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift, etc.
  • SME w/LINUX & experience w/ Docker Containers & container orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Experience implementing monitoring solutions
  • Previous experience leading successful development teams a plus
