For 65 years, the company has been supplying various industries around the world with highly precise, complex, and ready-to-install components and assemblies.

Your responsibilities

  • Preparation of annual financial statements for operating companies and holding companies
  • Coordination and collaboration with the local finance teams of subsidiary companies
  • Ensuring timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Consolidation and preparation of group financial statements
  • Contact person for auditors and tax auditors
  • Support in the preparation of external reports (e.g. banks)
Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance and accounting and international accounting or completed commercial training with additional qualification as a certified accountant (international)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting according to German Commercial Code (HGB) and especially International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Experience in consolidating international companies
