We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive, and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for spa and hospitality.


RESPONSIBILITIES


The Spa Operations Lead is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the SpaConcierge and Attendant staff, spa appointments, selling retail merchandise, guest contact/recovery, inventory maintenance, ensuring overall guest satisfaction and brand standards, and processing all spa appointments.

The Spa OperationsLeads acting manager in the absence of other Spa MOD's.

  • Supervise and/or conduct training for al new Spa Concierge Agents.
  • Supervise and monitor spa employee interactions with guests.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspectsof theguest experience from booking appointment to closing sale, and guest recovery when necessary.
  • Provide information to al guests and spa FOH staff regarding spa and salon services, activities, and facilities. Must be knowledgeable of the Resort offeringsand facilities as well.
  • Communicate team needs and concerns to management.
  • Assist with spa inventories, including Operating Supplies, Office Supplies, and Linen.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Follow and help enforce all cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure phone operations are followed appropriately.
  • Perform al MOD functions. This position is the primary Closing MOD. Attend all mandatory meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS
One to two years' experience, ideally.

Willing and able to work al shifts includingweekends/holidays

Previous hotel/resort experience preferred

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Knowledge/passion in Health &Wellness

Strong problem-solving skills and able to multitask

Willing and able to coach in the moment
