Principal Responsibility
The Fr. Alfred Center (FAC) offers a residential recovery program for homeless men aiming to build sober and stable lives. This year-long, abstinence-based program equips men without income or resources with the necessary tools to combat addiction and establish healthy lifestyles. As the Residential Overnight Staff, your role is crucial in providing a secure environment for residents by adhering to program guidelines and maintaining the values of St. Anthony Foundation. Your responsibilities include monitoring residents, managing emergencies, and ensuring adherence to house protocols.
