- Take a lead role to identify Root Cause and Corrective Action for any escapes or turn-backs affecting production flow or the customer.
- Work in a multifunctional value stream.
- Ensures Quality Assurance is understood, executed, and compliant for internal and external customers.
- Create and manage control plans to ensure proper control of production methods.
- Work in partnership with internal producer sites to implement and monitor proactive quality initiatives like Zero Defect Plan (ZDP).
- Utilize existing metrics to show progress towards quality objectives.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Proficiency using Quality and Problem-Solving tools to identify Root Cause and Corrective action.
- Experience in creation and maintenance of Quality documents.
- Experience in customer facing Quality initiatives.

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey.
