- What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute all UX design for the Flaunt platform.
- Translate briefs describing customer problems into click-through prototypes ready for hand-off to the engineering team.
- Conduct design reviews weekly, gathering feedback from various departments.
- Stay informed on competitors' solutions and strive to innovate for our customers.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive design system to streamline engineers' work.
- Assist in creating product demos for sales pitches and optimize the process.
- Produce high-quality, high-fidelity designs efficiently.
- Engage with customers and absorb their challenges to integrate into product designs.
- Advocate for your vision while welcoming constructive feedback.
- Create user personas and consider the user workflow when designing solutions.
- Deliver high-fidelity assets for product, marketing, and sales purposes.
- Avoid detailed product specifications that limit creativity.
- Available during Eastern time zone hours and open to attending quarterly team retreats in Indianapolis.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality designs and demos swiftly.
- 7-10+ years of UX and product design experience preferred.
- A cohesive portfolio showcasing a refined aesthetic and excellent design skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience in UX research.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and continuous growth mindset.
- Proven expertise in creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.
- Proficiency in Figma or other design tools for prototype creation.
- Capability to design sales materials, marketing websites, and collateral effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

About the Principal Designer Role:
Flaunt is seeking to hire a Principal Designer passionate about creating valuable products and delightful user experiences for both business users and consumers.
We are specifically looking for someone excited about reshaping an established category, blending concepts from various product categories in the Martech stack, and exploring the use of AI to enhance loyalty programs & marketing managers' efficiency.
Design plays a crucial role at Flaunt and we seek a designer to aid in building the most innovative loyalty platform in the market, acting as our team's creative leader, occasionally supporting sales and marketing efforts, and visualizing creative solutions for clients.
In this position, you will report directly to our product-focused CEO, overseeing design and user experience throughout the entire business. Your responsibilities will include grasping customer needs and devising intuitive solutions, collaborating with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life, and maintaining the brand's look and feel across the customer experience spectrum — from product to marketing to sales.
What You'll Need:
Compensation: The role offers an annual salary range of $175,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.
