Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to jewelry sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure precision in financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor jewelry inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations in a jewelry setting.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting principles and regulations.

Requirements:


  • 24 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper, in the jewelry industry.
  • Must have proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in jewelryrelated financial operations.
  • Ability to work 45 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have 23 recommendations letters.

Pay:
From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
