    Whittingham is looking to expand its team and is seeking Sales Representatives with exceptional customer service skills for a leading supplemental benefits company that has been in the industry for over 65 years. The company is growing its presence in various territories and is currently in immediate need of dedicated Sales Representatives with ambitious career goals.



    About the Sales Representative Position:

    As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the crucial link between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to fast-track into a management role within 60-90 days. Our specially designed training program is geared towards internal promotions, empowering you to take charge of a successful career path right from the start. Unlike traditional sales roles, our representatives do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation. We have a dedicated public relations department that maintains connections with over 44,000 groups across North America, facilitating the provision of supplemental benefits to them.


    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, energetic, with a positive attitude
    • Accountability and coachability
    • Effective time management
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check
    • No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Competitive weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 annual average in the first year)
