    Description

    Whittingham is seeking Sales Representatives with top-notch customer service skills to join the team of one of the leading companies in the supplemental benefits industry, a business present in the market for over six decades. The organization is currently broadening its reach, and there is an immediate demand for Sales Representatives who are committed to achieving their goals.

    About the Role:
    As a Sales Representative, you play a crucial role as the intermediary between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to fast-track into a management position within 60-90 days. The organization offers an internal advancement program focused on empowering you to take charge of a successful career journey from day one.

    Our Sales Representatives do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation. Instead, our public relations department maintains relationships with over 44,000 groups throughout North America to deliver essential supplementary benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Fundamental computer proficiency
    • Strong work ethic
    • Outgoing, dynamic, and enthusiastic demeanor
    • Ability to take ownership and be receptive to coaching
    • Proficient in time management
    • Must pass a standard background check
    • No prior experience needed - comprehensive training provided
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the first year)
    • Additional bonuses and retirement plan included
