Description
CONSTRUCTION MECHANIC (M/F/D)

There are companies where the only thing you look forward to is Friday. Luckily, there is also an employer where every other day brings just as much joy. As part of the LUDWIG FREYTAG GROUP, we at TIEFBAU GMBH UNTERWESER stand for competence, experience, and reliability. For almost 100 years, we have specialized in port and civil engineering as well as offshore construction and service.

We are looking for you to join our team at our location in Nordenham for an apprenticeship as a (m/f/d):

CONSTRUCTION MECHANIC

Construction mechanics create metal structures of all kinds. They build cranes, vehicle bodies, entire halls, or ships. They first produce the individual parts of these structures in the workshop based on technical drawings. They assemble, bend, or drill sheets, which they cut to size beforehand using cutting torches, saws, or CNC-controlled machines, just like steel beams.

On the construction site, they then assemble the individual parts or assemblies, align them, and weld them together. Upon delivery, they explain to the customer how to use them, any special features, and safety regulations. Maintenance and repair tasks are also part of the construction mechanic's job.

Are you skilled in craftsmanship and interested in technology?
