We are currently seeking a
Specialist/Trainer (m/f/d) to join our LWL Department of Youth and Education starting on March 1st, 2023.
(Pay grade S 17 TVöD-SuE)
This is a full-time position (39 hours/week) with a fixed-term contract until June 30th, 2024. Part-time options are also available. Please apply by

What we expect from you:
- A completed (specialized) university degree (diploma/bachelor) in social work/social pedagogy with state recognition
or
- Another relevant degree with extensive professional experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility
as well as
- Experience in youth welfare
- Consulting and didactic skills
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interest in the professional development of the field and the personal ability to represent this externally to management and professionals in youth welfare
- Basic knowledge of methods in empirical social research
- Cooperation and communication skills
- Ability to think innovatively and develop new ideas
- Ability to write
