We are currently seeking a
Specialist/Trainer (m/f/d) to join our LWL Department of Youth and Education starting on March 1st, 2023.

(Pay grade S 17 TVöD-SuE)
This is a full-time position (39 hours/week) with a fixed-term contract until June 30th, 2024. Part-time options are also available. Please apply by

What we expect from you:

A completed (specialized) university degree (diploma/bachelor) in social work/social pedagogy with state recognition

Another relevant degree with extensive professional experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility

as well as

Experience in youth welfare
Consulting and didactic skills
Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong interest in the professional development of the field and the personal ability to represent this externally to management and professionals in youth welfare
Basic knowledge of methods in empirical social research
Cooperation and communication skills
Ability to think innovatively and develop new ideas
Ability to write
