Product Specialist job profile:

A Product Specialist is a sales professional who is responsible for presenting new or used cars to customers.

A Product Specialist must possess excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs.

They should be knowledgeable about different car models, features, and specifications to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. They must also be organized and detail-oriented to handle paperwork and documentation related to vehicle transactions.

Product Specialist duties and responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
Provide information to customers regarding financing options and warranties
Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features
Complete paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
Collaborate with other team members to meet team goals
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices

Product Specialist requirements and qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Good knowledge of cars and their features
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
