Location: Rushville, IN

Then we are looking for you as a dispatcher (m/f/d) in the Medical Assistance Abroad department of the Malteser Service Center in Rushville, IN.

We are one of the leading service providers for the care of patients in medical emergencies and the execution of international repatriations.

In our emergency and service center, you will help to medically assess approximately 6,500 global patient cases and organize and dispatch approximately 2,000 repatriations annually.

For 40 years, we have been a key player in the global medical assistance business.

Your responsibilities:

Management of global medical patient cases:
Case intake
Organization of case assessment by the Medical Service
Telephone support for our clients
Organization of global ground and air patient transports:
Case intake

and coordination

Planning, calculation, booking, dispatching, and monitoring of transports
Coordination with payers, patients, family members, hospitals, and doctors both domestically and internationally
