An AM Law 200 firm is in search of a Mid-Level Transactional Associate to join either the Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Phoenix, Arizona office.

The attorney will Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions by drafting crucial documents and conducting thorough due diligence.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law.
Proven ability to draft clear and concise legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
Experience conducting due diligence investigations in preparation for M&A transactions.
Excellent academic credentials, as well as, strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills

Pay:
$170, $250,000.00 per year
