B&F Contracting is looking for a Construction Dispatch/Scheduler Coordinator - bilingual Spanish

Job Description:

The Dispatch/Scheduler Coordinator is an integral member of the team responsible for field support.


Responsibilities:


  • Assists field crews with materials orders and communicates with vendors
  • Processes purchase orders
  • Edits/Updates Excel spreadsheets
  • Performs data base entry and word processing as needed
  • Scans, files, creates, and distributes various project documents

Skills:


  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external partners in a team environment
  • Capable of maintaining a high level of organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Good keyboarding skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • At least 2 years of Construction (or similar industry) experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish required

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
