Job Overview:


As a Resolution Department Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resolution teams office environment.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


1.


Mail & Fax Management:


  • Addressing all incoming and outgoing office mail promptly and accurately.
  • Addressing incoming faxes and ensuring proper uploading and distribution.
  • Sorting and distributing mail to appropriate recipients.
  • Setting tasks for appropriate recipients in our CRM

2.


Document Management:


  • Scanning and uploading documents into the designated systems.
  • Maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems.

3.


Customer Service Support:


  • Taking phone calls for team members who are out of the office and providing necessary support.

5.


Processing Forms:


  • Processing power of attorney forms and revocations of power of attorney forms accurately and in a timely manner.

Monthly Closing Tasks:


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with legal document processing is a plus.

Pay:
$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
