Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


An I2TS 3 Systems Administrator will:

  • Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Manage IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Identify and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 problems in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Troubleshoot and configure UNIX and Windows operating systems in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Maintain and configure network components to improve reliability and performance in Hobe Sound, FL.
  • Follow direction and communicate effectively in Hobe Sound, FL.
