We are looking for a comprehensive renovation of our home in Owens Cross Roads, AL.

The project would include the following:

• Complete renovation of the kitchen
• Complete renovation of two bathrooms, with one involving moving a wall
• Possibility of creating a walkin closet in one of the bedrooms
• Removal of two builtin closets in two bedrooms
• Replacement of doors and baseboards
• Replacement of flooring throughout the house
• Painting of the entire house

The type of renovation we are seeking is a full-scale renovation. Our home is a flat/apartment and we are motivated to update it for both comfort and aesthetics. We would like to renovate the bathroom(s), kitchen, living room and/or dining room, and bedroom(s) and/or room(s). The changes we plan to make include plumbing, parquet/tile/laminate flooring, painting, doors, floors, and tiling.

The approximate size of the home to be renovated is between 51 and 70 square meters, and it is between 10 and 20 years old.

We own the property and are looking to start the renovation within the next month or later.
