We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Social Services to join our team.

The Director of Social Services will be responsible for overseeing the social service department, providing support and assistance to residents and their families, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social service programs to meet the emotional, social, and psychological needs of residents.
Provide counseling and support to residents and their families.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of resident assessments and care plans.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to social service functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or related field.
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
Previous experience in a social service role in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
