- Must be both educated and practical.

- Experience is preferred in processing, packaging, and building utilities.
- Ability to legally work in the United States is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Four years' experience in the mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
- Completion of recognized program in vocational training for the mechanical or electric trades may be substitutable for two years' experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate (read, write, and speak) in English.
- Must have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of job as needed (i.e. bending, squatting, walking, reaching, pulling, pushing, crouching, standing, sitting, lifting to 100lbs).
- Must be able to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less when needed.
- Must be able to work 40 or more hours per week.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime if necessary.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

JOB SUMMARY:As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for effectively performing all the required duties of the position in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner while adhering to all GMPs and taking an active role in directing and leading the Maintenance team.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have strong knowledge and experience for troubleshooting and repair in the following areas:
