    Description

    Canter Companies is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative and fast-paced team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing strategic marketing initiatives across all Canter divisions including real estate, wealth management, property management, vacation management, and development. This role will also temporarily help out with the front desk and restocking the office.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
    • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
    • Manage social media platforms for all divisions and contribute to the development of engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and values
    • Visit listings, vacation rentals and shadow agents to create content (videos and stills) for social
    • Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials
    • Film and edit short videos for website & YouTube
    • Support the planning and execution of events
    • Assist with marketing funnels and marketing automation system across divisions
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
    • Graphic design for marketing collateral, social media and website
    • Assist with digital advertising utilizing social media, Google ads and other advertising platforms
    • SEO copywriting and content curation for all divisions
    • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 1 - 3 years experience in marketing/brand management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
    • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
    • Familiarity with real estate, wealth management or property management is a plus
    • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and online ads is a plus
    • Graphic design experience is a plus
