- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues in vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests to identify problems and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose automotive issues accurately.
- Perform brake, suspension, and steering system repairs and replacements as needed.
- Complete automotive repairs in a timely manner while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide estimates.
- Keep abreast of automotive technology advancements and attend training sessions as needed.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of verifiable experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Own tools and equipment necessary for automotive repairs.
- State inspection license, or ability to obtain one within a month of being hired.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
