IF YOU AREExperienced for 6+ years in leadership and quality assurance testing within a fast-paced environmentProficient in quality assurance (QA) testing with one or more of the following enterprise systems: Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Workday, or similar billing/subscription management and sales systemsSeasoned in developing test automation frameworks with at least some programming languages like Java, JavaScript, PythonQuickly adopting new languages and technologies, as the tech stack could potentially be extensiveGood at communicating complex technical information concisely and effectively in written and verbal formatsPossessing a proactive and results-oriented approach to QASkilled in managing, coordinating, and leading QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities across diverse teamsExperienced in developing automated test plans and scriptsHaving a strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools (would be a plus)AND YOU WANT TODeliver high-quality assurance on complex software programs and system integrations used by Clients' Enterprise Systems teams – Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.

Collaborate with program and product managers, stakeholders, functional experts, developers, and team leads to define comprehensive QA test plans aligned with functional requirements and business objectivesExecute test strategies encompassing system and integration testing across various functionalities like billing, subscription management, sales, portals, and communication platformsDevelop and maintain clear and concise QA test plan summaries and reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and test coverageProactively coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple stakeholder teams, ensuring seamless execution and preventing delaysWork directly with development teams to identify, replicate, and resolve system and integration bugs, escalating critical issues to product and program leadsChampion continuous improvement within the QA practice by mentoring junior testers, sharing best practices, and innovating testing methodologies for complex, multi-system integrationsMonitor test completion progress and report on achieved goals and objectivesDesign, develop, and implement automated test scripts to improve efficiency and test coverage where applicable, considering the intricate nature of integrations and the number of systems involvedCollaborate with cross-functional teams (program and product managers, architects, tech leads, and system analysts) to ensure QA activities align with project scope, schedule, priority, and business goalsProactively identify and address potential QA challenges to meet established timelines and deliver exceptional service within project constraintsTOGETHER WE WILLCommunicate with the world-leading companies from our logos portfolioWork with the latest modern tools and technologies on various projectsHave access to strong educational and mentorship programsWork in a friendly atmosphere with a proficient teamCode The project is not overwhelmed with meetings and other non-development-related activities
