Responsible for maintenance function, accountable & responsible for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all equipment within an entity.
Hierarchical management involves the elaboration, application & overall management of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service/availability, and cost.
A strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management & budgetary accountability.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree:
Automation or Robotic or Electrical or Electronic or Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
Experience in:
Knowledge in process automation, Machinery monitoring, PLC programming, TPM, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Electronic boards and cards, engine maintenance, chilling systems, budget management and basic KPIs calculation (MTTR & MTBF)
Experience in:
People leading and management of high-performance teams
Desirable:
Knowledge of different types of Machinery (AMADA, TRUMPF, EHRT, ZAFRAN, etc)
Skills:
Proactive, self-managed, organized and planner, good negotiation level, great service attitude
English Level:
Medium -Advanced (desirable)
Willing to work on different shifts (1st or 2nd or 3rd) and different days at week
