On behalf of our client, a versatile tech company headquartered in the UK expanding its presence to Düsseldorf, we are seeking an experienced Head of IT . Our client not only offers services and consulting, but also develops its own innovative products. This position requires a strong leader with a solid background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the requirements of a growing company in the technology industry.

Responsibilities as Head of IT:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy to support the diverse activities of the company in Düsseldorf, including services, consulting, and product development

• Build and lead a highly skilled IT team on-site, effectively supporting the various business areas and driving the integration of services and products

• Manage the IT budget and ensure efficient resource utilization to achieve the company's growth goals and ensure profitability

• Implement state-of-the-art IT security policies and processes to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company data and the security of our products

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the company's innovation and gain a competitive advantage

• Collaborate closely with other departments to develop IT solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients and support the success of our services and products
