Job Responsibilities
This employee will be tasked with:
A high school diploma and supervisory experience in quantity and quality cooking or baking.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience cooking for many people (up to fifteen (15)) three (3) meals per day while at sea. Excellent cleanliness and sanitation practices. Ability to procure and stock supplies needed to maintain inventories of groceries for up to ten (10) days at sea.
