Certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)


Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts related to:

  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports, including FR Y-14A, FR Y-14M, FR Y-14Q, FR 2052a, Call Report, and FR Y-9C, in compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information reported in regulatory submissions;
  • Perform detailed reviews and validations of regulatory reports to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data;
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and assumptions to ensure transparency and auditability;
  • Stay uptodate with changes in regulatory reporting requirements and implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes;
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Risk Management, and IT, to gather and validate data for regulatory reporting purposes;
  • Leverage your expertise in Adenza/AxiomSL to streamline reporting processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate data mapping and transformations;
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and efficiency in the regulatory reporting workflow;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting them in understanding regulatory requirements and reporting procedures; and,
  • Facilitate regulatory audits and examinations by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to the regulatory reporting process.
