Tasks:

  • Operation of the SMD assembly system
  • Changing and refilling feeders (component tapes or trays)
  • Visual inspection of assemblies + AOI
  • Operation of the stencil printer
  • Storage of components in the warehouse
  • Possibly programming the SMD assembly system
  • Possibly machine maintenance
  • Working according to work instructions
  • Improving processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the SMD area and with SMD components/processes
  • Experience with SMD assembly machines
  • Experience in SMD setup
  • Quick understanding of production documents
  • Troubleshooting skills
