Roles and Responsibilities

Perform electromagnetic analysis for the design of electric machines
Lead or support the design of electric machines
Collaborate with other disciplines involved in electric machine design and testing
Assist in developing electric machine concepts for hybrid applications

Master's degree in electrical engineering
Extensive experience with electrical machines
Expertise in designing electrical machines
Deep experience in designing permanent magnet generators and motors
Experience with electromagnetic design of electric machines, preferably in the hybrid electric field
Proven expertise in 2D/3D electromagnetic finite element analysis, preferably using ANSYS (Maxwell 2D/Maxwell 3D)
Proven expertise in Matlab/Simulink and/or Python
Experience with validating electric machine technology through prototyping and laboratory testing
Familiarity with CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools
Knowledge of converter duty and high voltage electrical insulation for electric machine applications
Experience with integrating inverter machines into systems
Proven ability to think systemically and work in multidisciplinary teams
