Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaning Company to provide the club with seasonal cleaning services.

A Cleaning Company will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, including locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and common areas.

We are looking for a company with good reputation, established track record, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures, to ensure a hygienic environment for members and guests.
• Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Remove trash and debris from designated areas and ensure proper disposal.
• Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work mornings (daily cleaning should be conducted between 8 11:30AM).
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Contact list of current or prior clients to be used for recommendations purposes.

Skills:

• Cleaning techniques: Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, including proper use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Attention to detail: Ability to notice small details and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete work within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time.
• Communication skills: Effective verbal communication skills to understand instructions and communicate with team members.
