We are a well established property management company in Saint Petersburg looking for someone to join our team to help make sure our properties are well taken care of.
We pride ourselves in offering excellent service and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work with professional customer service, great organizational skills, initiative, and a great attitude.
This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation first year, paid holidays, company match 401k.Your key responsibilities would be:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including maintenance, and tenant relations
- Follow company processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records and reports
- Handle tenant and owner inquiries and issues with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Utilize organizational skills to effectively manage property tasks and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve property goals and objectives

Pay:
$41, $51,600.00 per year
