ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION VACANCY
SUMMARY:
SEES is currently searching for a motivated student assistant to assist program Director and program coordinator with clerical office duties.
Will also take part in organizing student events. This is a part-time job, requiring 10 hours per week during the school year. Position may start in summer of 2024.SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU WILL GET TO DO (this is just a small sampling of work variety):
- Maintain, update and organize files
- Help organize SEES events and activities
- Pick up mail and distribute forms to Foundation and various departments
- Data entry
- Making photocopies
- Maintain Community room
- Equipment check out
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Detail oriented, hardworking, selfmotivated and possess problem solving ability
- Reliable and dependable
- Education: Currently enrolled Cal Poly Pomona student
- Experience: Office clerical experience a plus
