To expand our team, we are currently looking for a Head of SAP S/4 HCM (m/f/d) at our location in Munich, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:
Responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership and development of 3 employees (expansion of the team to a total of approximately 10-15 employees in the target picture)
End-to-end responsibility for the operation and further development of the HCM platform including all downstream systems (digital personnel file, travel easy, etc.) as well as responsibility for optimal resource allocation through targeted resource management
Strategic development of the HCM platform solution including project portfolio management and design of corresponding roadmaps in collaboration with enterprise architecture and project portfolio management
Successful management and implementation (in time, in scope, in budget) of customer projects
