- Coordinates weekly education seminars, and maintains library of education.
- Organizes and maintains provider licenses and special projects records.
- Distributes department mail and manages division phone line.
- Maintains facilities requests for main campus.
- Monitors department supplies.
- Acts as a backup for seminars.
- Assists with onboarding of new providers and staff.
- Manages conference room schedules.
- Assists manager/administrative assistant with department procedures and policies.
- Two years college or business school.
- Working knowledge of computers and general office.
- Good organizational and working communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification.
- Three years experience in business or medical setting.

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
