Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team and serve a high-profile tech company client in their Shipping & Receiving Department.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
• Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues
• Sort, label, and stock received items in designated storage areas
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Ensure accurate documentation of all shipping and receiving activities
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Assist in resolving any shipping or receiving discrepancies
• Must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move more than 100 pounds
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push / pull, or balance weight for extended periods of time
• Perform other duties and provide additional support for shipping and receiving departments, as assigned
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines

• Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management
• Experience operating order pickers or similar equipment is a plus
• Ability to operate a 24' box truck
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping receiving processes
• Reliable individual with a strong work ethic
• Selfstarter, critical thinker
• Neat, professional appearance

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
