Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Services Associate to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and inviting environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Key Results Area:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, using appropriate
cleaning agents and equipment.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the facility, including offices, corridors,
and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a streak-free appearance.
Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper dispensers as needed.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for use.
Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or discrepancies to the
supervisor.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Install minor fixtures
Notify management of any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the facility.
Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a
team.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred.
Willingness to undergo training on safety procedures and cleaning techniques.
