Waiting Area
Keep the waiting area of the office vacuumed, daily. Straighten magazines and dispose of litter. The waiting area should be checked periodically thru out each business day to ensure cleanliness.
Bathrooms
Sweep/mop bathroom floors daily. Touch up bathrooms with hourly checks. Wipe down and disinfect the toilets, counters and sinks with industrial strength cleaner. Remove trash every morning and throughout the day as needed.
Break Room/Eating Area
Floors in the break room/eating area should be swept whenever there is trash in sight on the floors.
Mop the floors as needed and disinfect the tables, counters and the outside of the refrigerator(s) with antibacterial cleaner daily.
Clean refrigerators weekly, disposing of unused food and bags. Empty trashcans after lunch and end of shift.Guest Refreshment Area
This area should be cleaned thru out the day. Coffee/Tea made first thing every morning and checked periodically. Trash disposed of during the day and at end of shift. Hotdogs and buns should be started at 10:30 am daily.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
1 year of housekeeping experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License
