**Our Human Resources department currently consists of eight employees and serves as an internal service partner, provider, and important strategic advisor for the entire Salus Group. The team works closely with the respective departments to handle personnel recruitment, development, and support.


What you can look forward to:

  • You will support, manage, and lead the entire recruiting process
  • from job postings to interviews to onboarding
  • You will plan and organize personnel marketing measures and implement them
  • You will be the strategically responsible training manager for the Salus Group
  • You will be responsible for and accompany organizational and conceptual projects in the personnel department (personnel development, process optimization, etc.)
  • You will take on administrative tasks and monitor deadlines and timelines

What sets you apart:


  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resource management, psychology, etc. or commercial vocational training with further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in the personnel department and/or in training
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
  • Independent, practical, and solutionoriented way of working
  • High social competence, excellent communication skills, and serviceoriented approach
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
