Requirements:


  • Proven experience in spa or retail management with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors
  • Ability to manage shifts efficiently and maintain a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in retail math for inventory control and sales tracking
  • Experience in team management, including training development and performance evaluations

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities to cater to diverse clientele
  • Previous experience in wireless sales or related fields
  • Knowledge of shift management practices for optimal staff scheduling
