Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in spa or retail management with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors
- Ability to manage shifts efficiently and maintain a positive work environment
- Proficiency in retail math for inventory control and sales tracking
- Experience in team management, including training development and performance evaluations
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Multilingual abilities to cater to diverse clientele
- Previous experience in wireless sales or related fields
- Knowledge of shift management practices for optimal staff scheduling
