Felner Corporation is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of several Homeowner Associations in and around the Fairfield County area- Full time Property Manager position in a very busy, dynamic environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets and compile monthly financial reporting
- Perform site inspections and manage bidding processes
- Attendance at Board of Director meetings (night meetings) required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in HOA property management and a CMCA designation is required
- Competency with Appfolio software and relevant databases
Pay:
From $85,000.00 per year
