The Schwarz IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments with their business processes through IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of your application (implementation, operation, further development)
  • Gathering and specification of IT requirements from the departments and responsibility for quality-assured implementation
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for service providers regarding technical, strategic, and technical questions
  • Analysis of problems within the ITIL processes of incident and problem management for your application
  • Cost responsibility for the supported application
  • Consulting the department on current IT developments and trends

Your profile

  • Completed degree in (business) informatics or a vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable, extensive professional experience
  • Experience in coordinating software projects
  • High self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibility within your own tasks
  • Knowledge of business process management, ideally
