JOB TITLE:
Site Supervisor Outpatient Clinic LICSW or LMHC or LADC I


REPORTS TO:
Vice President of Clinical Services


SUMMARY OF POSITION:


Provide clinical team leadership and clinical supervision to Gavin Foundation Center for Recovery Services (CRS) outpatient clinicians and administrative staff.

Lead Clinical Team Meetings as well as oversee record compliances.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide weekly clinical supervision to 6 clinicians.
  • Provide biweekly administrative supervision to 2 nonclinical staff.
  • Complete yearly employee evaluations.
  • Responsible for incident reporting, ensuring confidentiality, and ethical practice.
  • Meet with VP of Clinical Services for weekly supervision.
  • Perform all quarterly emergency drills, monthly facility inspections, and yearly safety checks.
  • Plan, facilitate, and record weekly treatment team meetings.
  • Complete and maintain staff and building scheduling.
  • Oversee insurance and billing requirements.
  • At times, facility group therapy and conduct clinical intakes.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the VP of Clinical Services.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Master's degree in social work or counseling.
  • Valid Massachusetts license LICSW or LMHC or LADC I.
  • Motivate and mentor the clinical team.
  • Working knowledge of 12 Step Programs
  • Four years of experience working in addictions.
  • Two years supervisory experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate cultural competence.
  • Knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws governing substance abuse and mental
- health services.

  • Must meet Massachusetts CORI requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS:


  • Experience providing supervision to interns.
  • Relationships with mental health/substance use providers in Boston.

SCHEDULE:

Varies daily Monday through Friday. No weekends.





SALARY:
$85,000-$95,000
