We are currently looking for:

Team Leader R&D (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing team members both in terms of discipline and expertise
  • Developing future-oriented control, regulation, and drive technologies
  • Conducting calculations and tests on electrical sample parts and prototypes
  • Overseeing relevant approval procedures (e.g. CE-EMC, UL/CSA, RoHS)
  • Continuously improving and managing the product portfolio in series production
  • Acting as a technical interface for adjacent organizational units and development partners

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field with relevant work experience
  • Experience in a leadership position is desirable but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of (customer-specific)
