Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with project coordination
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for construction team members
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and updates
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the construction team
  • Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data analysis

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Knowledge of construction industry terminology is a plus

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
