Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for construction team members
- Prepare and distribute project reports and updates
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the construction team
- Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and data analysis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Knowledge of construction industry terminology is a plus
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
