- Assist and monitor residents with daily living activities
- Engage therapeutically with residents in various settings
- Advocate for residents' rights and confidentiality
- Understand and address Common Psychiatric Diagnoses behaviors
- Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific behaviors and psychological norms
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Experience: Prefer experience in a psychiatric hospital with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- License/Certification: Not required
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Clean criminal record
