    The Support Practice Group of Kraft Kennedy is seeking applicants for Third Shift Desktop Support Technician with the following schedule:

    Third Shift Weekend

    • Wednesday through Sunday, 1am to 10am eastern

    or

    • Friday through Tuesday, 1am to 10am eastern

    This position can be located in the following locations NY, DC, DE, MA, CT, NC, FL,GA, IL, KY, OH, PA, MD, TN, TX, UT, VA, HI and VT.

    The Support Practice Group is a large and growing group of diverse technical staff providing a broad range of technology support in various industry verticals as part of Kraft Kennedy's Managed Services offering.

    The Third Shift Desktop Support Technician reports to a Team Leader and will work closely with co-workers, senior technical staff and other support staff in this collaborative, highly active, engaging environment. Make a difference for our clients and grow your technical skills in the process.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    · Provide on- site support to clients throughout the tri-state area.

    · Perform focused troubleshooting with client IT staff on a broad range of server issues, virtualization, SAN, networking issues, computer application problems, security issues and more.

    · Initiate and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on more complex client issues for one-time resolution.

    · Manage issue resolution of complex client issues working closely with third-party vendors

    Experience and Qualifications

    · Excellent oral and written communication skills

    · Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up

    · Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting.

    · Industry experience supporting environments with Windows Server, Exchange, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.

    · Industry experience with Windows desktops.

    · MCSE and/or related technical certifications required.

    · Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field and 4 years of related experience, or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree

    Compensation

    The base pay for this position has a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000. The actual salary offer will take in to account a wide range of factors including the individual's qualifications, experience as well as location. In addition, certain positions are eligible for bonuses or commissions.

    Physical Requirements:
