    Electrical Maintenance Engineer

    My client has an immediate need for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing the maintenance activities of the electrical Dept within the plant,

    NEEDED

    • BS - Electrical Engineering + 4 years of experience in a similar environment OR
    • AS - Electrical Engineering and 7+ years experience
    • Ideal person will comes from a heavy industrial environment (chemical, paper, energy sector)
    • Very strong hands on electrical maintenance experience is required (ability to assist technicians and provide direction on all electrical related equipment issues).
    • Ability to estimate electrical and instrumentation project costs
    • Solid understanding of PLC/DCS for troubleshooting purposes
    • Assist with capital improvement projects and RCA (root cause analysis)
    • Must live within 1 hour from the plant and provide on-call support for power outages
