Team Partner Administration (w/m/d) for Palliative Medicine to start as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- administrative coordination and documentation within the framework of inpatient occupancy
- co-care and organizational case management during the inpatient stay
- preparation of laboratory tests and coordination of examination appointments
- organization and participation in the weekly team meeting
- support and assistance to the entire team in administrative and organizational tasks
- telephone correspondence with patients, referrers, and cooperation partners
- ordering of materials
