    **Description**

    Abberly Twin Hickory Apartments is seeking a highly motivated, conscientious and task oriented team member for the position of Custodian for a multi-family apartment living community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining a clean and attractive environment and have a desire to expand their skill set in to maintenance.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community, including buildings, breezeways, clubhouses, amenity areas, and all other common areas on a daily basis

    Provide superior service to residents

    Clean apartment homes when residents move out

    Prepare apartment homes for new residents

    Deliver notices, newsletters and flyers to residents within the community

    Quality oriented: Attention to detail while meeting deadlines

    Potential to be trained to perform some maintenance functions
